We offer YogaMob biweekly! YogaMob is a combination of yin and yang yoga techniques specifically designed to help CrossFit athletes reach their highest potential. Yang yoga is a series of poses that emphasizes building strength and stretching muscles. This practice will increase the range of motion, aid in muscle recovery, promote relaxation and overall body awareness.
Led by Coach Emily, she is trained in therapeutic yoga techniques to accommodate any level of aches and pains.
